For Amigo Products Only:

Damage Claims

  • If your package is damaged at delivery, inspect contents BEFORE accepting delivery. Do not accept if damaged.
  • When concealed damage is discovered AFTER the package has been accepted, contact the freight company immediately to file a claim.
  • Save all packaging in event of a damage claim.
  • Claims are usually paid in 60 to 90 days when reported immediately to the shipping company.
 

Returning Parts

Call AMI Customer service to inform of non-warranty parts being returned for repair or credit. An order number will be generated to track the incoming parts to process them properly on arrival. Failure to do so may result in non-credit.
  • No stocking fee within 30 days of invoice date on purchased parts.
  • Restocking fee of $25.00 or 15%, whichever is greater, on days 31-60 from invoice date. (Plus damage assessment)
  • No returns are accepted after 60 days.
  • Seating is not returnable after 7 days from date of invoice due to its nature.
  • No returns on customized / special parts orders.
 

For Convaquip products only:

CREDIT/RETURNS: All returns must be pre-approved in advanced and in writing by ConvaQuip and Return Authorization form must be returned with product as well as Return Authorization Number clearly marked on outside of all packaging to insure proper credit. Any return without a RA number clearly marked on the box will be refused. Send all returns Freight Prepaid. Customer is responsible for freight when returning product. Items returned COD will be refused. Restock Fee for all items is 20%. Used or altered items will not receive any credit. ConvaQuip reserves to right to refuse a refund after 60 days.

FREIGHT DAMAGE: The carrier who delivers our merchandise to you is responsible for loss and damages. Acceptance of the shipment by you is acknowledgment that all items were delivered in good condition. Therefore, all claims for loss or damage must be filed immediately with the "FREIGHT CARRIER". Then notify us as well. We will mark our records accordingly.
